i had old fuel in it hence change fuel i have tried to clean carb using carb cleaner,the fuel does not pass down to the float chamber,pipes and inline filter are ok and this model has no tap.

You say fuel not getting to float bowl, so why change fuel? checks pipes, is there a tap. blockage in tank
