How can I remove the brushroll housing on my Dyson DC04 DE STIJL?

I wish to renew the clutch assembly but I have got as far as removing the brush but cannot remove the brushroll housing in order to access the clutch. Any advice would be appreciated

I'll answer my own question. It is removed in the same way as on other Dysons. In my case, my Dyson is about 12 years old and has never been opened (well done Dyson) resulting in the brushroll becoming seized up. A sqirt of WD40 helped to resolve the problem. I would advise that the WD40 is given time to work. I was impatient with the result that a small piece of the of the of the 'C' socket broke off. Hopefully it won't affect the efficiency when I put it back together.
