That's strange it should be flashing the f e error code.
As the machine is filling can you pull the plug,to kill the power to the machine
If you can, and the machine carries on filling then there's a issue with either one of the fill valves.
find out which one hot/cold,yours maybe a cold fill only...
you didn't mention the model number,
killing the power whilst filling should close the valve if it doesn't,then I've given you the answer.
