How can I fix my aeg oko-favori-675 not draining?

While going through the cycle it do no drain because after it has done the whole cycle there is still water inside. It seems it do not pump. If you place the outlet lower than the dishwasher the water drain. Can it be the pump and how do you test it.

it is the pump, aeg have small bad problems, one of them is the pump or pumps on later models. buy a new pump, dont have to be original, because some of the spare pumps are better quality.
