Ok so crystal ball is not working correctly but I am guessing that the thrust bearing is hydraulicly driven and is mounted around the gearbox input shaft and the seal is leaking if this is so then its gearbox off new clutch / thrust bearing and refit and bleed the hydraulic system (Do not use a pressure bleeding kit). If you have the clutch slave cylinder monunted on the outside of the gearbox and it is leaking into the gearbox bell housing then its change the slave cylinder and you may be lucky and it may have not contaminated the clutch plate

I would check the clutch slave cylinder first. It will only be held on with a couple of bolts. you will be able to tell straight away if the rubbers have gone.

sounds like it could be ldv pilot if so clutch fork may have worn through or broken or release bearing carrier broken, either way gearbox out job. if not pilot still sounds like box out.

I am guessing but you could have release bearing problems on whatever sort of van you have
