How to re-programme ke on Zafira ?

Hi, I have a Zafira 06 plate.

I just bought a new battery for the key fob, but can't tune it in.

Vauxhall garage want to charge me £48 to re-set.

Have tried the 'in ignition, press open / shut' buttons on key fob ...
