hi I dont recognise that particular model but most electra stuff was made by creda who in turn were owned by Hotpoint who are now owned by Indesit !
So its likely to be a thermostat, take off the heater cover on the rear you'll see two small round stats one is a " one hit " which won't reset if tripped this is the one that'll give you the no heat fault usually on these it was a green spot stat ( kit 1701583 ) replace the stats both come in the pack, rebuild and test.
