Hotpoint Mistral?

Noise from fridge/freezer, stops when fridge compartment door is opened. Noise is not always there.
Any ideas.

probably fan inside freezer conpartment, fan switches off when fridge door is opened, remove freezer shelves, six screws on plastic rear panel,polystyrene sheet,+ alli sheet will reveal fan,watch the thermistor wires when removing
