candy c100 t washing machine wont stop filling up at the start of the cycle, is there a switch that needs replacing

Level sensor, probably a pressure sensor, open it up, with power disconected. around the bottom of drum, connected to maybe the outlet pipes, a small diameter pipe going to top of m/c, where it connects to a round unit with probably 2 wires, THAT pipe is blocked, most likely at bottom, it blocks with soap, so m/c does not know when it has reached level, you can remove the pipe completely, and clean, make sure the connection at bottom is clear, OR you could disconnect it from the round pressure sensor at top, which never gets any water to it, and blow down the pipe to clear. Or use something to force air down the pipe to clear, once clear refit.
IF that does not clear the fault, pressure switch at top is faulty, replace.
