avensis 2005 d4d lack of power after 2500 rpm?

i have a DIESEL toyota avensis 2005 d4d T25 and only warm after 2500 rpm misfires and sometimes the engine stops usually when the car brakes.
Does anyone had a problem like this?
Ican"t find solution.
