Optima maybe?

If it is a keypad only there is no adjustment.
If you do have a separate sounder you will need to open the panel ( Mains present so isolate first) and adjust the volume pot marked VR1.

This is a Honewell Omiga G4 intruder alarm panel.
For some odd reason, it is difficult to hear the sound from inside the panel when you turn the system on and off.

There must be a way of adjusting the sound level, but I can't find it.

Would that be Omiga Security? A possible panel or a rebadged Accenta?
