I am looking to disconnect my immobiliser on my citreon saxo as i can no longer switch my engine on until this is done.
THe engine is fine in the car however wont turn on unless the immobiliser is disconnected, i have already replaced the battery on the immobiliser and found this not to be the problem.

Again no answer. Same problem myself. It seems to be just after 100K miles. Its the reprograming bit I'm not sure about. Do I just pay £120 from citreon and know the work is done or do I save lots of money and buy a new lock set from ebay?

I have no answer but a similar problem on my 99 Saxo? My heater and rear screen heater stopped working. I have checked most things and conclude it is a faulty ignition switch. I have purchased a new switch assembly which comes with a complete lock replacements and a new set of keys. I feel I will be stung to reprogram my controller so that transponder will recognise the new keys. Is there a way round this? - may be disconnect the immobiliser? Looking for an answer.
