My freezer part ain’t cold enough up the top to make ice,everything else seems to be working

If your fridge goes cold on a side by side fridge defrost it for 24 hrs and switch back on should work ASAP :( don't get ripped of paying so much until you have tried this as mine was just out of warrantee ,
