hotpoint ultima TL43 drive belt fitting over tension pulleys?

How does the drive belt on a hotpoint ultima TL43 fit over the tension pulleys ? I am not sure how it goes around these.

where you have tensioner wheels the belt goes on the inside of the r.h wheel around the motor pulley and up the inside of the lh wheel
