the grill part of my zanussi zuf270x double oven is not getting very hot, do i need to replace the element?

i just changed my control for my grill, i had to take the sides & top off. it took a while, but a lot cheaper then getting someone in. mine is a belling, but they are prob similar. there are screws down the back & some inside the grill & oven door. remove them then there should be screws that hold the top on, undo them. lost yet? then you should see the wires on the controller. MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF POWER! refitting in reverse. good luck!!!
