Fridge freezer not working?

I have a hotpoint ffa70 frost free fridge freezer which is not cooling, I can hear the compressor working but it is not getting cold or freezing. What can be wrong.

if the narrower of the pipes leaving the compressor is cold or barely lukewarm the refrigerant has leaked, then its not repairable
