how do you fix a zanussi tc 470 dryer that has over heated?

my dryer is not heating up. how can i fix it ? it happend before and the man came out and done something to the back, he said it had overheated and didnt need any parts, took him 15 mins and me £40 poorer lol

Just thought if its thrown the fan drive belt it might need another one!.The little possibly green belt in the back at the bottom

Take back off find element.undo the element and look on the back of it for a resettable stat.press button in put back together and see if it works.also check the condenser isn't blocked.wash it out with a pressure washer or hose
