I think one of the hydryolic arms in my boot has gone?

Hi,

I have a renault megane convertible. I noticed this morning that when I lifted my boot it was extremely heavy and it wasn't staying up on it's own. A friend mentioned that it sounds like a hydrolics problem. So I thought I'd better check the roof was still going up and down. It is but on one side, the boot of the car will not close properly, so the little screen is giving me the alert that there is a roof malfunction? I tried to put the roof back up again and still the car is beeping at me and the roof/boot action isn't completed properly. It looks like the boot isn't properly closed on one side. Now I cannot open my boot with the roof up or down. Can anyone give me any advice??? Many Thanks!
