drum wont move?

i have a zanussi jetsystem 1400 and the drum seems to be stuck solid any ideas how to fix it please

look between the door gasket rubber and the stainless inner drum for clothing trapped.shine a torch in between and look ALL the way around as it could be anywhere around that lip edge.The other ones to look out for are belt come off and jammed or bearing failure
