Cycle is not washing, water is hot but force of water is not coming from the holes in the blade. Can you please help

If water force is too weak on both upper & lower arms then there is a strong possibility the main wash pump is damaged. Rubbish going through breaks the vanes off the impellor. That can be replaced but is a major job to remove the wash pump & repair it. Call a service company.
