How can i fix my tumble dryer?

I have a hotpoint TVF770 tumble dryer and the drum has stopped turning all of a sudden.it was working fine the last time i used it.But when i go to start it nows it makes like a low humming noise an the drum dont turn

faulty capacitor, its mounted on top of motor with two wires attached, access it by removing side panel
