Check the wire to the fuel stop solinod has got 12volt supply. If this is ok then take out the solinod and check that the stop string operates when the 12 volt supply is operated if it does not the solinod is us. If it does try putting it back in the pump without the spring and stop end and reconnect the 12volt wire and try to start the engine if it does you will have to stall the engine then fit the spring and stop end back into the stop solinod and try it again if it does not start get a new solinod
