My Zanussi Jetstream 1400 is not drying properly. I checked for the fault code & get E73. What do I need to do to fix it?

If you are attempting the repair yourself, then the new NTC (which is basically a thermostat) will have to be bonded onto the duct.

Just thought I would mention that,

just use a good heat resistant bonding paste,
and don't forget to fit a new gasket.

Try replacing the dryer duct NTC,
its the most common failure on the 1400/1600,

the NTC is located on top of the drum in the metal housing,

isolate the power to the appliance and remove the lid,you will see the NTC its a circular disc mounted to the duct with one wiring connector.

check the wiring for breakages with a meter,

failing the NTC replacement then it will need a new pcb,

but experience tells me that the NTC is the most likely cause.
