change rear wheel bearing?

wot do i need to change a wheel bearing ford focus 2005

if its disc brakes you will have to remove caliper first .then take off hub cap and undo 30 mm nut hub nut and pull off shaft. then remove circlip and press out bearing if no press you will have to knock out with hammer.press new one back in and reassemable [you can push back in with vice]
