You can, just fiddly. the pull cord for lifting them up probably ok. the other problem is the tilt cords, a sort of ladder effect, they will be tied off in the top, and at the bottom one, depends on how much is stuffed into the bottom one as to how easy, they stuff the ladder cord into a hole and plug it, sometimes, enough for another couple of lats, you may be luck. other wise you would have to extend them. But over all yes it can be done
