I was delighted to read your question which is exacly the same problem that my machine has just had. Kindly Phil found the time to answer much as he has done for you but it is very difficult to actually see which bit we are talking about. What was your solution? Where is the taco? I have searched in vain for an exploded diagram of the internal workings of the machine but found nothing. Time is rolling on and i am rapidly heading for an unwanted new machine! Any clues would be helpful.

hi 02 is motor jammed or taco detached. the motor is not likley to be jammed so the taco is at the back of the motor have a look and see if the taco has fallen down
