How do i replace the rubber door seal which has holes in it and is perishing

If you are refering to the small drain hole at the six o'clock position,then this is normal.

however if you are replacing for cosmetic reasons then take a look on youtube.

Espares have posted vids on this issue,different model but similar procedure,

at least it will give you a idea of what to do.
