citroen dispatch (2001) Y plate, heater blower not working?

can anyone tell me what could it be.my heaterdoes not working on any speed! i've checked the usual fuses cheers

It will more than likely be the resistor pack which is attached to the blower motor, it's an easy repair and fairly cheap via eBay, you could also source one from a breakers.
