how do i replace the door rubber on a beko wm5100w washing machine?

ive got the new rubber but its come with 2 metal bits..one is a metal bar with a spring on it and other is a full sprung circle in metal..i need to know which goes where so i can replace the rubber

i didnt really understand all that cos we cant make out at all where to put them from the ammount of grooves in the rubber..do they go on after weve put rubber back in or before ..do we put them onto the rubber before trying to put it back in??? 2 women trying to do this here lol
