how to free brake load sensing valve linkage/sensing valve on peugeot partn?

how can i free brake load sensing valve linkage ? on peugeot partner van. seized, and possibly, sensing valve could be seized, awkward to get to ?

Load it with a anti seizing agent and leave for a bit to soak in then do the same again. Then try wiggling it with a pair of pliers etc. Till it comes free reloading it with anti seizing agent as you go along if it is to far seized then get a replacement
