where is the warm air?

My 2002 sedona's engine heats up to normal temp yet cool air blows out of the heater, what could it be?

how long does it take to heat up if it take longer than usaul I would change the thermostat, if it warms up ok I would look towards the heater control slipped

are the heater flaps open,or maybe heater needs bleeding or heater rad may need a flush see if pipes to it are hot. [.is water full]
