Hotpoint Aquarius TDL32 drum not turning but belt not broken?

Hi there.On my Hotpoint Aquarius TDL32 dryer,the drum isn't turning but the belt isn't broken.Looking at it with the top lid off,it looks like the drum has dropped towards the back of the machine.Any suggestions??
