in the under bonnet fuse box is a 30 or40 amp fuse for it.check there to see if live to feed side of fuse ,also fuse is not burn on legs where it presses in this is a common fault.underneath the top fuses if you lift it out where the lead comes off the battery are the main fuses see if they are ok if you have no live at heater fuse. have you checked live at heater motor l think its live all the time ing is on and resitor earth controls speed with switch
