Hi there - I have a home security alarm Rascal which keeps going off every half hour. I keep resetting it with the security code. The Tamper light is displayed when it is triggered. Do you know what might be wrong?

Press the # key after you have entered your code to silence the alarm,

the # key resets the system according to the manual,

if you continue getting the tamper fault then investigate the tamper circuit on the monitoring devices and associated wiring,.

So basically you need to trace and correct the t/fault.

If your need to investigate the tamper on the alarm panel, then please ensure you isolate the power first.

under no circumstances open the panel with mains voltege present.
