Set the cycle to spin only,and see if it spins and maintains its speed.
you may have selected the wtong cycle that has omitted the final spin,
If you are certain the machine is draining the water out of the drum prior to the spin,and you cannot select spin only,then remove inspect the carbon brushes x2 from the motor.
10mm of carbon or less on the brushes,means you need to replace them.
worn brushes are usually a sign of a failure to spin.
