belt has gone to the left too much,how do i get it in the middle?

I have a dynamix manual treadmill that i bought from ebay,didnt realise until i got home that the belt was over to the left too much and catching on the wheel,how do i rectify

Should be tension adjust screws on one of the rollers, going left, rht side to tight, or vickyverky.
