I have a fault saying f:16 and my machine won't do anything ?

It's a Bosch excel 7 machine fault f:16

f16 means either you haven't shut the door properly,you have a problem with the latch pin hindering total door closure.

Or the interlock has jammed/faild.

So basically it door or interlock related.
