my candy go dc 218 tumble dryer is not heating, does anyone know of any quick fixes?

The thermostat should have a reset button behind the back panel.Just remove the back panel and look for a black or red button and press it, if it clicks you've fixed it.TURN OFF FIRST :)

On a serious note you need to check element and thermostats for open circuit but this requires a multimeter and some technical know how
