pressure vessel will not pump up?

Have tried to re-charge pressure vessel using pump,
closed ch flow and return valves.
can not get any pressure in to vessel.
any ideas ?? please.
(vessel right at the back of boiler difficult to get to.)

You need to drain boiler of water
Use a foot pump
Valve may be suspect replace same valve used on push bikes and car tyres
