Both ovens are only heating at the back. My baking overcooks at the back of the oven, and undercooks at the front. I thought it may be the thermostat but it's strange it's doing it in both top and bottom ovens. I have checked oven rubber seals and both seem satisfactory.

check the main oven with the stat switched on and the door open, on the right hand side where door closes against you will find a push button, push this in and see if the fan spins fast, i would suspect its faulty and not distributing the heat, replacements are fitted from the back of the oven, if you have a thermometer check the temps against the stat setting at 150 degrees
