The 4th LED (extra rinse) indicates a fault with the motor/associated wiring or pcb,
Iwould inspect the the wiring connector on the motor first for a loose connector/connection.
If all ok then remove the motor and inspect the carbon motor brushes on removal,
check as to whether the brushes x2 have worn down,
if the brushes have worn down to 10mm or less then replace with a new set,
