what can i do to fix this problem... below is what i have already done but there must be somrething i am missing!!!!

i have checked all filters and cleaned i have checked that the vavles are open, i have also replaced the condenser pump with a new one but still it will not draw the water into the tank it fills the small tank at the bottom which the activates the safety micro switch to say empty tank

you need to find out why there isn't any power getting to the drain pump motor.unfortunately this requires a test meter and some technical know how to be able to trace wiring
