GBC 4250 new temp sensor transistor still not heat what now ?

the green light in on the wait amber ligth is flashing but no heat the motor run heat roller get only warm what wil be my next step, the thermal cut/out?

thank you Bob I replaced the transistor again and it work probable I had bad trans it happen

the thermal cut out will kill all the power in the machine. so thats not it. do you have a OHM meter? if so check the resistance of the transistor. I assume you replaced the transistor. are you certain you put it in the right way and didnt get the transistor too hot when you soldered it in?

its possibly a main board failure but thyey are fortunately very rare
