processor/valves?

We've had an Aqualisa Quartz Digital shower with an A2 BV..... processor and pump (gravity system compatible) for
about 3 mths, of late I can hear the pump and valves in unit
(black casing) attempting to initialise as if it has been switched on. The 'sparky' who fitted it has had a good inspection of it but nothing seems to be adrift. Just to add,
during the whirrinr noise no lights are visible on the control
and nor does any water flow from showerhead. Any thoughts and suggested causes wuold be appreciated.

I too have had the same problem. I turn the fuse on to get power to the unit and hear the processor (though I have a grey box) make the whirling noise for about 10 seconds then stops. I have spent the last 5 week ends trying everything, checking the water flows, training the water system in the house completely, everything. However, I have read on this forum fo other problems that it may have something to do with ball bearings in the processor. The one's in the processor unit are iron, and can easily rust and corrode causing a blockage. It has been suggested getting new ball bearings (unfortunately I do not know what size), but Aqualisa will not supply these - they always suggest getting a new processor unit!!!
