The drum in my Beko WMS100W washing machine won't turn. The machine going through the motions of doing the wash.... taking in water, draining etc. but the drum is not going around at all.

already checked the belt, it's still where it should be. think it's time to get a new machine, motor shafts etc.. sound a bit too complicated for me. thanks again

open back panel and check belt,if that is intact could be motor drive shaft problem,happen only once in my lifetime,or loose bolt on centre of big wheel on drum
