drain pump is controlled by the main control board. Pump circuit must be damaged. Replace the main control board but everything needs to be checked properly especially the drain pump before powering up the new board. If it gets damaged by a faulty component on the machine F&P will not replace it. In fact they will not give you any warranty unless it is installed by a qualified appliance repair person.
