My Servis m3201, only washs clothes cold even when i put a 90 degrees wash on. I have two inlets at the back 1 hot (red) and 1 cold (blue). I have checked if they are connected to the correct ports but they are. when i feel the glass on the door its freezing. What could this be?
sound to me the hot water inlet is either blocked or valve not opening due to faulty valve or no power on valve.suggest you close cold water supply,start machine and see if any water going to machine
