Hi - I have a fault on my f&p top loader GW611. Two cycle lights are on and spin cycle light flashes, and when I press Start the lid lock light goes on and machine won't start. I took out bowls and cleaned drain of obstructions but the machine computer doesn't seem to register this and still won't work. Any help appreciated now drain is cleared as I don't think there is anything wrong with the mechanics of the machine now, just it's brain!

Thanks - I'm a single Mum and really don't want to have to. Us a new machine.

I need to know the error code before I can advise. Does it start beeping to indicate an error? If so, then an error will be displayed as a series of lights on & some off along the top row. Copy down exactly which are on and which are off along that top row when it beeps. Count from left to right. Post result back here.
