They are made by a German company called Grizzly, tel 0049-60787816. They will supply, but also charge a shipping fee. Alternatively, there is a UK company called Grizzly Tools, based at Bilston in the West Midlands, tel 0845-6832678. They have supplied me with a new bag under their warranty scheme
