I HAVE A ELECTROLUX 2100 WHICH WILL NOT RUN WHEN PLUGGED IN. i think i may need a new motor.

You can probably go thru http://www.aerusonline.com to find Electrolux service and repair facilities.

If you have already repaired your vacuum, please let me know - mine just stopped working about an hour ago.
